John Smits - Managing Director
John Smits is the founder of DMC Boston. He has a vast experience in the hospitality industry.
Monique Griffioen - DMC United MICE
Monique Griffioen is the all-rounder consultant of the company. Monique has over 10 years of experience in the tourism and events industry. Before joining DMC Amsterdam she worked for an airline company, where she has had various management positions. Within DMC Boston Monique is responsible for the running of the operations and she supports the creative services department. Out of work she enjoys travelling, shopping, socializing with friends.
Bob Roozen - Manager DMC United
Bob Roozen, Marketing and Congress manager, manages the operations departments for the DMC United, Amsterdam, Boston And Brussels offices. He has spent the past fifteen years in the events and Hotel industry developing his reputation for attention to detail and big-picture, results-oriented planning and executing. Before joining the DMC Boston Team in 2008, Bob worked in business events, growing with an entertainment company .
Robin Bisschop - Incentive Specialist
Robin Bisschop is in his final year of a tourism study at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam and New York.. Within DMC Boston he is doing a research for his master thesis, and he is the incemtive specialist.. The goal of the research is to find ways to successfully settle DMC Boston in the Chinese business travel market. Besides his research he is working on the social media of the company. In his spare time Robin loves to travel, work out and socialize.
Tom VanDerHorst - ICT Specialist
Tom van der Horst is co founder and creator of InControle. The allround webbased order management system for the traveling industry. He's is our primary consulting partner where it comes to ICT related challenges.
